As we enter 2012, I want to wish you a wonderful new year and thank you for the support you have shown us.

Over the past two years, we have emerged as a new force in the Texas legal community. I'm very proud of the confidence that you and others have shown by entrusting us with your most important legal matters. Since forming the firm, we've successfully handled high-stakes litigation and arbitration hearings, as well as injunction and receivership matters. We've recovered millions of dollars for our clients and have overcome claims asserted by skilled adversaries.

As we build on this record of achievement, I would like to announce that we are continuing our practice as Goldfarb LLP, as Trey Branham has started his own firm. We wish him well.
